It's never too late to dance! Nicky's Swans is a gentle class for the over 50’s of all abilities accompanied by well known classical and show music.
This class is a great way to socialise, keep fit improve posture, flexibility and stimulate the memory. Come and release the inner ballerina!
It’s going to be on a Fridays from 11-11.45am. Cost £8 per class.
