Julie Lowe

I was at Welland from September 1973 to Easter 1975 (I think).
It was my first teaching job after leaving Bush Davies where I had trained for 3 years.

Previously I had been at Tring for 5 years.  I learned so much from Susan about the multi faceted life of a dance teacher!  Much of the training has stayed with me throughout my teaching career.  I have kept in touch with Susan and Colin on and off through the years and when I decided to introduce Classical Greek into Guernsey where I returned to live in 1988. Susan offered so much support and encouragement that I have been able to develop the work from Primary to Advanced 1.  I am now training 6 students towards DDI exams in the hope that they will be able to continue Classical Greek here into the future.
