Pre-school Classes

The classes continue with the development of co-ordination, good posture, strength and suppleness which are first introduced in Twinkle Tots dance classes, but now there is more emphasis on dancing one at a time, waiting in turn, spatial awareness, and musical appreciation. Now the children are a little older, parents are encouraged to leave the studio and let their little ballet dancer get on with it all by themselves.  Ballet also encourages self-discipline, musicality, self expression and spatial awareness. Pre-School ballet classes develop listening skills, encouraging children to follow instruction, learn to work as an individual and in groups.

 

 

 

UNIFORM

There is no set uniform for Pre-School ballet classes, pupils can wear anything they like, even dressing up outfits are very welcome, as long as they can move unhindered and without slipping over.

£32.00 per half term. Welland School of dancing offers multi-class discounts per student for 2-5 classes from 15-30% respectively off your bill per student.
